Meggie is a BC/ Aussie tri-colored mix approximately 26 lbs and 2 years old. She joined us with her single puppy, Chia, from a retiring elderly breeder in Louisiana. She is sweet and clever and can break out of a wire crate if she gets it in her head and easily jump 4′ ft over baby gates. She gets along fine with other dogs and will need to get spayed in a few weeks.
Meggie is also high heartworm positive so she will be going through fast kill HW treatment over the next several months. She can be adopted while going through treatment but any adopter will be responsible for completing treatment with BCSAVE’s vets.
