Sistene and her siblings were rescued from a 30+ dog hoarding case in North Texas and are a part of our Heartland 29 group.
Approximately 6-7 months old and 29 lbs, Sistene is a dog who needs a job. Her favorite activity is herding the other pups who like to run. She is allowing herself to be pet now, and has even crawled in her foster’s chair, but she still isn’t leashable quite yet. She is extremely food motivated, house-trained with a dog door, and doesn’t chew things she isn’t supposed to. She loves the outdoors and other dogs, but she hasn’t been cat or kid-tested.
Sistene needs room to run and play, and a patient family who can get her more comfortable with being held and being leashed. Interested adopters can submit an application to get pre-approved!
