Bell

Bell is a sweet 7 year old female Border Collie mix who was owner surrendered because she was not adjusting well to the new baby in the house, even after training. She is a very loving and wants to be around her people, but is not overly clingy or co-dependent. She also loves her ball and will play fetch as long as she can, though she is out of shape and needs to lose some weight and improve her conditioning. She likes a little bit of space when she wants to be left alone, and has begun to use a crate for “me time”. She will play with a few other dogs, and likes to play keep away with her toys. She’ll be great in a home with older kids (above 6 or so, we think would be best) and someone who can work with her to continue her weight loss and exercise program.
