Cross

Cross is an approximate 6 year old purebred male who was surrendered from a breeder who retired him from her breeding program. Cross is a good ol’ boy of a dog, just wanting to get scratched and pet. He gets along with nearly all other dogs, though he can growl at unneutered males and dogs who get in his face but is easily called off. Cross is a low to moderately active boy who loves relaxing in a good dog bed or sleeping by your chair. He is a little nervous meeting new people and will take a while to get used to a new situation, and we have found that he’s scared of a lot of external stimuli in a suburban home, so we think Cross would be much better suited for rural or farm life. He likes to have some space to roam but sticks close to his person and doesn’t try to chase cattle that we know of.
