Elle

Elle came to BCSAVE courtesy of a dear rescuer/ friend in rural OK. He saved her from going to a small and overflowing shelter where she would likely have been PTS as an owner surrender. With help from a new foster who kept Elle for a few days until we could get some dogs moved around, Elle soon came to our staging foster to get acclimated and assessed. She immediately won us over with her big brown eyes, lively personality, and penchant for snuggling. Fast forward to several adopters expressing interest in this girl. She meeted and greeted all manner of folks and all were amazing fur-parents and would have been a great home for Elle but the BCSAVE board could only choose one family for Elle and chosea family where Elle could have three Border Collie fur-siblings to grow up with, and a mom and dad who would keep her active and engaged.
