Ember is a HIGH energy pup in a tiny 26 lb package, possibly a Border Collie/ Whippet mix (update – Ember is 100% Border Collie per Embark). Joining BCSAVE from Hood County, Ember was previously adopted from the shelter in late 2019 and her new owner realized that he could not keep up with her, so surrendered her back again. We went and assessed Ember and knew immediately she was BCSAVE material and brought her into the rescue. Bouncy and playful, she loves other dogs and people. We are still assessing her toy, tug and food drive. Approximately 1.5 – 2 years old, she’ll remain as “Coming Soon” while we determine if she has any sport potential.
