Mabel was pulled from one of our shelter partners who we work closely with. They picked up a stray pup, who was extremely underweight. Originally aged at 10 years old, she may be several years younger but life has treated this girl hard. Besides being severely underweight with ribs and spine showing, and a scabbed over neck wound that seems to indicate a too tight collar, she’s also got serious hair loss and some teeth that may need to be removed. Even with all these issues and ailments, she is still loving and trusting and happy about life.
