Miriam

Miriam is a 5-6 month old, BC/ Aussie mix who joins us with her brother Myles from Young County (TX). Owner surrendered due to too many dogs in the house, Miriam is a little shy at first but warms up quick. Miriam (or MiMi for short) is also smart as a whip, learning her name and how to sit using a hand signal in the first week with her foster, as well as fetch, crate, and she’s nearly mastered potty training. She’s also showing an affinity for the ball, so might be great at disc or other sports. MiMi gets along really well with other dogs, and is a very popular girl with her friends and their humans.
She has not been heartworm tested or spayed yet due to her age, so depending on when she gets adopted, those two items may become the responsibility of her adopter. She will need an active family with some room to run and play, and fur-siblings would be great as well.
