Oliver was rescued in July 2020 from a shelter in West Texas. He very quickly became sick and he was diagnosed with a respiratory ailment, was malnourished, and had some slight bowing in his rear legs, like he had been in a too small crate for too long. Soon after, we tested Oliver and got confirmation of distemper. We treated him and tried to help him but after several weeks, Donny crossed the rainbow bridge.
