Patches is one of four surviving pups rescued from the shelter in early May. Mom had seven puppies total, but wouldn’t nurse or care for her pups so the shelter removed them. Two passed while in the shelter, and one passed away the first night in foster care. We took the remaining pups to the vet and turned out the pups all had parvo. We successfully treated the remaining four puppies, and now they are thriving in foster care. Mom looked to be a rough-coat BC mix around 35-40 lbs; dad is unknown.

Patches is smart and sweet, and may even keep her blue eyes! She and her littermates will be available to adopt the beginning of July. If interested, put your application in now to get approved to adopt!
