Rhys

Rhys is an approximately 6 month old BC or BC/ Aussie who was surrendered to the shelter because she kept escaping from her yard and her owner was not able to care for her. A snuggly, girl, Rhys takes a minute to get over her “stranger-danger” of new people but once she does, she’ll want nothing more than to sit in your lap. That’s until you pick up a ball, that is! Rhys loves playing with her toys and her foster brothers, though she still needs work on respecting another dog’s boundaries. She is also learning the crate, leash and get more used to meeting new people and being out in public. So far she’s shown herself to be a high energy puppy, but she does know how to relax. She would be great for an active home with another dog who can teach her the ways of the world, and an owner that will take some time to teach Rhys basic manners.
