Roche

Roche is a 42 lb BC mixed male who was picked up by a shelter in Northeast TX. They, like so many other shelters, were very overcrowded and at wit’s end. He’s dog and people friendly and is cat-curious but leaves them alone for the most part. Right now, he is pretty needy and is under his foster’s feet or jumping up on his foster all the time, but we are hoping he settles down a little. He sleeps in his crate at night and is house-trained, but still needs a little more practice on the leash.

Roche is also heartworm positive and currently going through fast kill treatment, which should be complete by November. He can be adopted prior to then, but will need to be able to continue with his treatment in his new home.

Over all, Roche is a super sweet and smart dog who will make a great family pet!
