Skeeter

Skeeter was originally rescued by BCSAVE when she was just a small puppy. While we thought she might be a BC mix, later DNA testing showed she’s actually a Great Pyrenees mix.

She may not be a Border Collie, but regardless of what she is, what we know is Skeeter is all LOVE and LIGHT!!! The happiest, sweetest, easiest pup you’ll ever meet, she gets along great with other dogs and LOVES kids, so would do fantastically in a family home with lots of fun little hoomans and other pups to play with (not sure about cats).

She’s house, crate and leash trained. She does have allergies, but as long as she gets her Cytopoint shot 2-3 times a year, she should be pretty good to go. She got her first glamour shots with fan fave Julia Rigler Photography a month or so ago and she looks gorgeous!

We expect her to top out around close to 60 lbs of pure, unadulterated, fluffy snuggle buddy, so if you are looking for a dog to pre-warm your side of the bed on these cold winter nights, Skeeter is your girl. Oh so easy, well-adjusted, moderately active, little kid safe, and all around fantastic pup!
