Spring (formerly known as Kate) is a littermate to two puppies BCSAVE pulled in two years ago from a retiring breeder, Dixie Rose and Astro. Spring had been adopted but the owner began to suffer from failing health and Spring was placed with another family who had adopted one of the other puppies from the litter. Unfortunately, that puppy did not take to Spring so BCSAVE was contacted to see if we could assist.

Spring has a lot of potential for someone who is looking for a competitive agility or frisbee pup. She has been in beginner agility classes and done very well. At about 30 lbs and a little over 2 years old, Spring is a curly-coated BC with HIGH herding instinct and a drive for days. She can get snippy around other dogs when she gets worked up but can be redirected and for the most part, enjoys running with the pack. We will be placing Spring with one of our sport fosters to see how well she would do in a sport home, but interested adopters can apply now.
