Gizmo lives up to his name in pure Border Collie fashion! A rescue from a local shelter, Gizmo is a herder, through and through, herding other dogs and large animals. He hasn’t herded kids on a bike or cats (just yet) though, and has pretty decent recall even when outside around interesting things. He behaves well with other dogs, but has shown no real interest in playing with them, preferring to chase. Gizmo just wants to be where the people and the action are. He is a big jumper and climber and might be good at agility, though his trainer would have to build up his drive as he has shown little toy or food drive. (And yes, that is Gizmo on the roof of his foster’s house.) 🙂
