          Loves balls and tugs (will self-amuse if you won’t play with him)

          Likes running with other dogs

Hendrix likes to be near his person. He can get nervous about being grabbed around by the collar – we think a man was probably very heavy-handed with him. He is fine with males but definitely is more at ease with women. He has not been kid or cat tested but he’s got such a sweet disposition, we think kids would be fine (especially older ones). He has not shown very much herdiness or prey drive, but we would recommend slow introductions to any felines. He’s also active but not crazy, so would likely do well in a household where he gets lots of walks/ runs/ play time and then can relax inside with a bone or ball, which he LOVES.

He has completed his heartworm treatment and has recently tested negative for heartworms, so this active, fun-loving, easygoing, sweet, slightly goofy pup will make a great first Border Collie boy for the right family!
