Our vets were able to plate and pin Hope’s pelvic bone and complete her FHO. Since her surgery, Hope has made such an amazing effort to recover and will soon be ready for her forever home! Hope is cautious and fearful of new people, but once you’re in her circle she’s a sweetheart that is desperate to please her people, and she’s so happy to be part of a family. She is great with other dogs and kids. While healed from her injury and surgery and independently mobile, she prefers to use her other three very strong legs to get around and will need a home that is willing to continue her physical therapy until she gets full use of her previously injured leg. For at least the next several months, Hope will need continued physical therapy (in-house or through a vet) to help to heal her muscles and get her moving normally again to protect her from future complications. Hope has been through a lot. She is a strong and determined sweet soul that deserves to be surrounded by kindness for every day going forward!
