Description
Lucy is one of six puppies rescued from a backyard breeder in Tennessee. There were many more seized and through the partnership of several rescues and shelters and local law enforcement, all have been placed in rescues.
ALL of the pups are extremely unsocialized, very fearful of people, and heartworm positive. Their lives to date were spent crowded in outdoor cages with little access to people, regular care or vetting. Some were so matted they had to be shaved. They are ALL intact (neither spayed or neutered). They are all currently in private foster homes where they will receive vet care, heartworm treatment, and socialization.
These pups will NOT available for adoption for several weeks, if not months. We are NOT accepting applications for these pups at this time but will let everyone know when we will via social media and our website.
