Nibbles

Nibbles is a blue merle about 2 years old and 42 lbs. He was abandoned along with Ladybug and her buggettes to a small rural shelter several weeks ago.

He’s been in a foster home for the last few weeks and loves people and other dogs (no cat-testing yet). He is fairly active but can settle after plenty of walks and training and playing. He does lack some body awareness though and will hurl himself through the air to catch a ball or toy without any regard for what’s in between so probably best NOT around little ones or unsteady mature adults 🤣.

He’s bouncy and agile, so might make a good casual agility dog. He is extremely food motivated (think baby shark) and loves to snuggle. He’s crate/ leash/ house-trained and UTD on shots and HW negative.

Nibbles’ ideal family would be one with a large yard, active and engaged, and with another young dog to play with. He is currently being fostered in Austin.
