Approximately 7 years old and 49 lbs., Nova is a purebred red merle female BC who came to us through an owner surrender. What we’ve been told about Nova:
Great with kids ( would do better with a little older kids only because she knocks little ones down sometimes when playing) Will play with some other dogs; some dogs she doesn’t care anything about Loves/obsessed with swimming and playing fetch Would do well with an active family Afraid of thunder/gun shots/ rain/fireworks Potty trained Fine in a kennel but won’t go inside willingly Loves a belly rub (who doesn’t?!) Prefers female people over males but will go to males once she has gotten used to them Knows basic commands- sit, lay down, shake If she gets out she won’t come to you but if you say stop she stops long enough for you to get her 
WILL CHASE CATSWe think Nova will be another turn-key pup who can go into a new FURever home! (And no, we don’t think that’s a lazy eye – just her coloring!)
