Payton (named Kelly) was an owner surrender who wanted to make sure that Payton could be cared for appropriately. As a lower-energy Border Collie pup, Payton needed a home that could make sure she got enough activity but wasn’t looking for a super high energy dog. Enter a new potential foster who took Payton in to her home and immediately fell in love with Payton’s sweet disposition and adorable ways. What do we say when a foster wants to “fail”? We say absolutely “yes”!!!!
